Tamarisk offers exceptional dining services prepared by expertly trained chefs, with a variety of menus for residents to choose from. Our dedication to providing exceptional cuisine is evidenced by the care and attention given to every dish we serve. Join us for lunch or dinner to truly savor the flavor of our culinary offerings!
Main Dining Room
Our upscale casual-style dining room offers full-service restaurant-style dining, with meals prepared fresh to order. Choose from two main entrees or our Always Available menu, which changes seasonally. Our menus are carefully crafted to meet the unique dietary needs of each resident, while also providing a delicious and nutritious dining experience. Residents also can enjoy seasonal al fresco dining.
The Bistro
Open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. The Bistro is stocked with freshly baked muffins, assorted pastries, fresh seasonal fruits, cereals, and hot and cold beverages for your enjoyment. Our complimentary self-service bistro is the perfect option for a quick bite. Residents, families, and visitors are welcome to partake in our selection of delicious treats.
Tamarisk Tavern
Our Tavern, brings together our community in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Residents enjoy seasonally inspired appetizers and favorite cocktails/mocktails while socializing with friends, old and new. For those that enjoy the outdoors, the patio awaits! The ideal spot to savor your favorite beverage and take in the scenerey of our courtyard and five hole putting green.

Fox Rehabilitation
At Tamarisk, we partner with Fox to provide onsite outpatient rehabilitation services to residents. Fox offers therapy and wellness services that are proactive, evidence based, and individualized to each resident's needs. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy are available.
